S3 Strength refers to the specialised strength training component of Hybrid Race prep, targeting the specific muscular demands of the race's functional stations—like sled pushes/pulls, walking lunges, wall balls, and farmer carries. This type of training blends: - Absolute strength (heavy lifts like squats and deadlifts) to build a solid force-generating foundation - Strength-speed (explosive power) for moving sleds efficiently . It’s about building functional, race-ready strength that sustains momentum despite fatigue.
