By targeting overloaded sled pushes/pulls, farmer carries, lunges, wall balls, and other race-specific movements, the Power classes build the capacity to generate and sustain force under pressure . Ideal for strength-focused athletes or endurance athletes looking to boost their race-day resilience, Hyrox Power ensures you're physically equipped to “push weight over time” even when tired . It complements other classes like Engine (endurance) and Complete (race simulation) to deliver a well-rounded Hybrid Race prep.
